Banana oatmeal pancakes made right in the Thermomix! Best easy breakfast, healthy and naturally gluten and dairy free.

You will feel full and satisfied with these fluffy pancakes. They are whipped up in thermomix in no time at all. You won’t believe how tasty they are!

These pancakes are for anyone, kids included!  Without flour, butter, sugar or any kind of sweetener.

Ingredients to make 6 Banana Oatmeal Pancakes :

• 100g rolled oats
• 4 eggs
• 2 bananas
• olive oil spray

Method :

1. Mill the oats for 20 seconds on speed 10.
2. Add eggs and bananas, and mix for 30 seconds on speed 6.
3. Heat a large frying pan and spray lightly with oil. Drop large spoonfuls of batter into the pan and fry for 30 seconds on each side, or until golden brown.
4. Serve these pancakes topped with fresh fruit, maple syrup or natural yoghurt (calorie count will increase based on toppings chosen).
