– 1 package (17.5 ounces) chocolate chip cookie mix
– 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened salted butter
– 1 large egg
– 24 Oreos

For the Cheesecake Layer:
– 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
– 1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2/3 cup sour cream
– 2 large eggs
– 1 1/3 cups roughly chopped Oreos

Optional:

Instructions:
